Closing session of World Conference and special event
Hundreds of people attended the World Mizrachi Movement’s special event in honor of Mr. Kurt Rothschild upon his election as President of the World Mizrachi Movement and in honor of Mr. Harvey Blitz upon his election as Chairman of the World Mizrachi Movement. The Begin Center was abuzz with participants from all over the country who came to pay homage to the work of Kurt and Harvey, and of World Mizrachi.
During the course of the evening, which was preceded by a very honorable cocktail reception, Kurt was presented with a special gift and certificate honoring his many years of dedicated service to World Mizrachi as Chairman. In addition, greetings were heard from many honored guests, and a short video about Mizrachi was shown.
