Dodi Fishman Tobin is the Dean of Students of The Bellows Eshkolot Educators Institute for Tanakh and Jewish Studies at Matan. She holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, an M.A. in Bible from Bar Ilan University, a B.A. in Psychology from Barnard College, and is a graduate of Matan’s Master’s Program in Bible and Biblical Exegesis. Dodi made aliya in 1998, and resides in Beit Shemesh with her husband Marc and four children. Dr. Tobin’s inspirational lectures combine literary analysis, classical commentary, modern scholarship and psychological insight to facilitate a rich understanding of biblical texts while underscoring their message for contemporary society.
