Rabbanit Dr. Yosefa Fogel Wruble is a teacher of Torah who has a passion for combining complementary disciplines to create a holistic learning experience that both authentically explores and honors the Torah and those that safeguard it. Yosefa is a Ramit in the Migdal Oz Women’s Bet Midrash where she teaches Tanakh and Jewish thought as well as a Tanakh teacher in Matan’s Jerusalem branch and lectures in Herzog College’s Tanakh department.
Yosefa hosts Matan’s weekly Parsha Podcast (over 225 episodes!) and also hosts a Hebrew podcast put out by the Migdal Oz Women’s Bet Midrash titled ‘ha-Zman Grama’ which comes out in short series before holidays, alongside her work with Deracheha on the ‘Women Talking Mitzvot’ Podcast which she co-hosts with Rabbanit Shayna Goldberg.
Yosefa is a Nishmat-certified Yoetzet Halakha and a trained sexual educator through the Eden Center, and teaches brides and couples before and after their wedding. Yosefa lives in Gush Etzion with her husband Zevi and their five children.
