Rabbi David Stav is Chief Rabbi of Shoham, Chairman of Tzohar and Co-Chancellor of Ohr Torah Stone with Rabbi Shlomo Riskin. He is a graduate of Yeshivat Mercaz HaRav and has qualification for Dayanut. Rav Stav lectures in the women’s Judaic program at Bar Ilan University, authors a weekly column in the Israel Hayom newspaper and has published several books. Under his leadership, Tzohar has paved the way for a more ethical and inclusive approach to Zionist, Jewish life in Israel.
