Raised in Dallas, Texas, I was born with a desire to travel and explore. As I got older, I coupled this with my need to connect with my roots and history as a person as well as a member of the Jewish people. I studied Jewish studies in college, and, upon graduation, realized my lifelong dream and moved to Israel. Within those first few months my passion for the Land and the people of Israel led me to become an Aliyah counselor for the organization Nefesh B’Nefesh. Having “made aliyah” myself as well as having counseled thousands of North American Jews on their move to Israel, I am confident that I can take you on a life-changing journey through the land of Israel’s past as well as its future.
I am a licensed tour guide through Israel’s Ministry of Tourism and I was selected for Isralight’s prestigious Orayta Fellowship for Jewish Education and Leadership. I currently specialize in private tours, with a focus on Jewish history, archaeology, and geopolitics. Walking with a Tanach in hand, I will bring it to life in the very spots in which its events occurred.
I worked previously for the City of David’s VIP department giving tailormade tours to dignitaries, celebrities, as well as potential donors.
I also work as a guide for Ateret Cohanim helping strengthen the Jewish presence in East Jerusalem and the Muslim Quarter of the Old City.
I live in a small yishuv in the Judean Desert called Mitzpe Yericho with my wife, Sara and our six children, where just walking to the bus stop I am walking in the footsteps of my forefathers.
