When a 43 year old woman collapsed on a local bus in Haifa, naturally an ambulance was called. However, they were informed that it would be at least 20 minutes until the bus would be able to arrive.
At this point, the bus driver decided to take matters in to his own hands.
He informed the hospital that he would bring the woman in on the bus.
And, just like that, he took the bus, together with all its passengers to the hospital where the woman received medical care.
