“The Anglo community understands Diaspora Jewry, they have come form Englsihs speaking countries. If they themselves will take on Diaspora Jewry as a focus, as a mission, I believe they can have an impact specifically because there is a cultural understanding.”
Rav Perez also called for emissaries to go to the Diaspora communities for several years in order to have the maximum influence.
