In a first, the IDF hit a cell of ISIS-related terrorists near the Golan Heights this week.
This was confirmed by the IDF’s head of social media, Peter Lerner:

The attack was subsequently picked up by various news outlets including the Times of Israel and one of the biggest news websites in the world, the UK’s Daily Mail:

Lerner was also interviewed by the New York Times where he said “They (ISIS) have said they will come to Jerusalem, we have no intention of letting them come to Jerusalem.”
