Orange, the giant telecommunications company based in France, has today appeared to cancel it’s longstanding contract with it’s Israeli subsidiary Partner Communications, which uses the Orange trade name.
Yesterday, Orange CEO Stephane Richard said the company intend to leave Israel as soon as possible. This was the reaction at Orange Israel HQ in Rosh HaAyin today:

In what perhaps is a move to satisfy the BDS movement, Orange will be forced to pay huge fines if they renege on their contract with the Israeli company. The move has been loudly condemned by Israel’s leaders:
PM: I call on the French government to publicly repudiate the miserable statement and action by a company under its partial ownership. »
— PM of Israel (@IsraeliPM) June 4, 2015
PM: I call on our friends to unconditionally declare in a loud and clear voice that they oppose any kind of boycott of the state of the Jews

Worryingly I am yet to hear condemnation by France's leaders of the Orange CEO's remarks. I expect their voices be heard in Israel and Cairo

Let it be clear:Those who boycott Israel are not out to divide the Land of Israel, but to erase the State of Israel.**And when you fight us – we will fight back.
