Picking fruit on Shemita

When one picks fruit on shemita, one needs his actions to be distinguished from other years both in quality and in quantity. Quality: the picking of the fruit should be done by hand or by tools not usually used for such a purpose. Quantity: the amount of fruit should not be such that it is usually stored over a lengthy period of time. One should only pick enough fruit for the next 2-3 days. This applies equally to the owner of the tree and total strangers. Also, fruit should not be picked so long as it has not yet ripened. All this only applies to fruit that has kedusha.
