Israel is officially at war with Syria.
Syria has been subjected to a civil war over the past few years.
One might think that this would mean that Israel is not in any position to assist Syria. We know that the conflict has actually spilled over the border sometimes.
Nonetheless, incredibly, some Syrians are being bussed in to Israel for medical treatment.
